Hi, I'm Helen. For years I ran personal branding workshops, helping women find their voice and show up with confidence. Along the way I realised that identity was always the real topic underneath: who am I and how do I express myself in a way that feels authentic and aligned?
Today I speak about what happens when we change: how our identity shifts when our work does, why we so often make ourselves smaller, and how we find the courage to be seen as who we are becoming.
Self-expression runs through all of it. As an alumna of London College of Fashion with more than twelve years in fashion and media, I have always used style and colour as my most powerful tools to express myself without words. I learned how much presence can say before you even speak. That's why I also bring in my passion for colour and neuroaesthetics: how the colours we choose can shape how we feel, how we are perceived and how fully we express who we are.
