Hi, I’m Helen
I believe we don’t need to reinvent ourselves.
We need to remove the layers, expectations and old identities that keep us from expressing who we truly are.
My work begins in the space between who you have become and how you are currently showing up in the world.
People often come to me with a feeling that something no longer fits. They may have outgrown an old version of themselves. It often shows up in their career, business, or the way they present themselves. They know something has changed, but they don't yet know how to express it.
I create a space to slow down, reflect and reconnect. Together, we uncover what no longer feels aligned, clarify the essence underneath, and translate that into a visible expression.
Before starting my own practice, I spent over a decade in fashion media and creative direction, from London College of Fashion to leading creative campaigns for Nike, Gucci and Lancôme at Refinery29. Today, I combine that editorial eye with systemic coaching and a deep understanding of aesthetics to help people make their identity visible.
