Hi, I’m Helen
Creative Consultant · Brand Strategist · Systemic Business Coach
A creative at heart and always drawn to the inner world: the place where ideas and curiosity begin. I have always been fascinated by the connection between who we are and what we create, and how our stories shape the way we express ourselves.
I’ve lived in the US, the Netherlands and the UK, now based in Berlin. In 2014, for my master’s at London College of Fashion, I created Sincerely Yours, a magazine about fashion, identity and transformation. It was the foundation for what I do now. Since London, I have directed campaigns for Nike, L’Oréal and Gucci at Refinery29 in Berlin, trained as a systemic coach and built my own creative studio. Across all of it, one thread kept returning: change, identity shifts and reinvention. My own, and those of the people I worked with.
To date, I have guided 150+ founders, leaders and creatives through these transitions. I help them see the next version of themselves more clearly and make it visible: in their work, their words, the way they show up.
