Hi, I’m Helen
I believe the person you're becoming is already there. Most of my work is helping you stop editing yourself, so who you are on the inside and how you show up on the outside finally match.
I see what's underneath, I find the words for it, and I help you express it.
HOW I WORK
Systemic
My approach is systemic: your work, your relationships, your history and the expectations around you all play a part. I also work with inner parts, inspired by Internal Family Systems. Every shift has a part that wants to leap, one that wants to stay safe and one still waiting for permission, and we listen to all of them.
Strategic
I recognise patterns quickly, cut through complexity and find the words for what you haven’t been able to say yet: the real question behind your doubts, or the decision you already know you need to make. I’m honest and direct in my feedback, and always deeply empathetic.
Creative
After more than a decade in fashion, media and brand building, I know how to translate who someone is into words, images and presence. Colour, style and image have always been my language. Together we make sure the way you show up matches who you’ve become.
Coaching only goes as deep as you’re willing to go.
I’ll meet you wherever that is.
It starts with being sincere with yourself.
I've changed direction more than once, and every time, the hardest part was being honest with myself about what no longer fit. I believe a fulfilling working life begins right there: with being sincere with yourself, even when the answer isn't easy, and with the courage to live and work creatively and freely from there. That's what I want for the people I work with, and it's what I write about in my journal, Sincerely Yours.
