Hi, I'm Helen
Transformation has been the thread running through my own life and the lives of the people I work with.
On the surface, it often looks like a career pivot, a new chapter or a next level. But underneath, it's almost always something deeper. What wants to happen isn't only a career shift, it’s an identity shift. And the outer shift only settles once the inner one is seen.
That's the work I care about. Helping professionals reconnect with who they are underneath old roles, find clarity on where they're going, and translate that into how they express.
My approach brings together two worlds that rarely meet: over ten years leading creative work for brands like Nike, L'Oréal and Gucci, and six years supporting people through professional transformation and the many identity shifts that come with building a life and business of their own.
I know what it feels like to outgrow a version of yourself before you know who comes next. I've been there more than once.
I've learned that clarity rarely comes from thinking harder. It comes from listening to what's already alive inside you. Sometimes it takes someone outside of your own thoughts to help you see yourself more clearly.
